Not ones for sticking to lifelong tradition, Ubisoft have decided to forego the norm and release a sequel to a game that never existed, now that’s style.
Plus I cannot wait to see the confused parents running around Game Stores hunting for the original Expendables game.
What we have on the cards here is a game based upon the 2nd instalment of the action movie franchise and it’s set to land on console this summer via the Playstation Network and Xbox LIVE Arcade.
The Expendables 2 promises to bring explosive, over-the-top action, adrenaline fuelled gameplay and Shakespearian dialogue to the table……I may have made that last bit up.
Placed into a high paced adventure, players are on a mission to rescue a kidnapped billionairre. Expect thrills, spills and numerous kills along the testosterone packed action-fest. The adventure wraps up at the point where the new movie begins thus creating a continuous storyline for fans of the movie’s.
Upto four players can join up locally or online to unite in the action. There’ll be an arsenal of weaponry and vehicles readily available with which to unleash hell, exotic locations such as Somalian deserts and Burmese jungles and there’s the added bonus of leaderboards where players can compete for bragging rights.
